Do you deliver to all Texas correctional facilities?
Not always — some facilities only accept their own approved vendors. We’re approved at most Texas state prisons, federal prisons, jails, and detention centers. If unsure, check with the facility’s mailroom.
Can inmates receive hardcover books?
No Texas facilities don’t accept hardcover books. We ship paperback only. Note that all incoming items are still reviewed by TDCJ staff, so acceptance isn’t guaranteed even for allowed formats.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Refunds apply only if a book is unavailable or out of stock. You’re responsible for all shipping fees, and damaged or altered returns aren’t refundable. Magazine and newspaper purchases are final — no refunds or cancellations.
How do I track my order or get help?
Orders ship via USPS with tracking included. Support is available 24/7 via phone, email, or live chat. Closed weekends and holidays.
Will my order definitely be accepted by the facility?
Not automatically all publications go through mailroom review regardless of vendor status. Check with the facility on current guidelines before ordering.
